Kim Fredenslund

Kim Fredenslund has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kim began their career in 1983 as a Captain (reserve) at the Danish Ministry of Defence. Kim then worked at Danfoss A/S from 1988 to 1993, starting as an Associate and later becoming a Marketing Manager. Fredenslund also worked as a Branch Office Manager at Danfoss spol. s.r.o from 1994 to 1996, where they were responsible for establishing and developing a sales company in Slovakia. Kim then moved to Danfoss A/S again, where they held several roles from 1996 to 2009, including Finance Manager, Vice President Finance in the Refrigeration and Airconditioning Division, Vice President Danfoss Industrial Services, and Vice President Danfoss Global Services. In 2009, Fredenslund joined Danfoss Drives A/S as Vice President Finance, where they established a business support framework and implemented new planning procedures. Kim worked at Semco Maritime as Senior Vice President in 2012, and at ECCO Sko A/S as Finance Director for ECCO Asia Pacific in 2013. Fredenslund then worked at Kamco A/S as CFO from June 2015 to October 2015, before moving to CLEAN, where they held the roles of CFO and Acting CEO starting from March 2016 and November 2019, respectively.

Kim Fredenslund attended Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics. They then pursued further education at the same university from 1988 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Marketing.
