Breathe Cities MEL Manager at Clean Air Fund

Axelle Fidelin is the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager for Breathe Cities at Clean Air Fund since August 2023. In March 2024, Axelle served as a Guest Lecturer at Loughborough University, delivering lectures on monitoring and evaluation approaches in sustainable development. Previously, Axelle worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (Global) at Plan International from January 2022 to August 2023, and held positions at Plan International UK from January 2017 to December 2021, including Evidence, Learning and Impact Specialist and WASH Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. Earlier experience includes roles at UNICEF DRC, World Vision, and various consultancy positions. Axelle holds a Master's degree in Politics and International Cooperation from The University of the West Indies and a Master 2 degree in International and European Affairs with a specialization in Development from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
