Frank Sturges

Frank Sturges is an attorney with extensive experience in environmental law and policy. Currently, Frank serves as a member of the legal team at Clean Air Task Force, focusing on land and climate, infrastructure, and carbon management. Previously, Frank worked as a Beagle Fellow at the Natural Resources Defense Council, where responsibilities included preparing legal briefs and representing NRDC in environmental litigation. Frank's experience also includes teaching environmental law at Boston College, conducting research as a law clerk at Earthjustice, and contributing to legal efforts at various environmental organizations, including the Western Environmental Law Center and the National Wildlife Federation. Frank holds a Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School, along with advanced degrees in Natural Resources Management and Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
