John Rhodes

John Rhodes is an accomplished leader in strategic sourcing and procurement with extensive experience in energy management and supply chain optimization. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Clean Earth since December 2020, John leads procurement efforts for the disposal and recycling category, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. Prior to this role, John held various positions at FMC Corporation from 2011 to 2020, driving global procurement initiatives across multiple indirect spend categories. Earlier career roles included leadership in energy procurement and management in both state government and corporate settings, with a strong emphasis on strategic energy programs and cost reduction. John holds an MBA in Management from Rider University, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Certificate in Executive Negotiation from The Wharton School.
