Karen Rodgers

Karen Rodgers is a seasoned professional in capability and organizational development, currently serving as the Capability and L&D Business Partner at the Clean Energy Council since November 2022. Previously, Karen held the position of Senior Manager of Organisational Development and Project Manager at cohealth from May 2014 to October 2022. Karen also has experience as a Senior Project Manager at both the Western Region Health Centre and ANZ, with tenures from June 2012 to April 2014 and June 2010 to June 2012, respectively. Earlier in the career, Karen worked at CPA Australia as LDE from February 2008 to August 2010 and was part of the Kids Development Team at Nova from 2000 to 2008.
