Steve Holman is a seasoned legal professional and the Founding Partner of Clean Energy Counsel, LLP, established in October 2014. The firm specializes in providing innovative and cost-effective legal solutions for clean energy companies, utilizing a cloud-based model to reduce overhead. Holman's extensive experience includes roles as Co-Founder and General Counsel at Radian Generation, Vice President and General Counsel, Utility at SunEdison, and SVP & General Counsel at Fotowatio Renewable Ventures. Additional positions include General Counsel at MMA Renewable Ventures, Owner, CFO, and General Counsel at Droubi Real Estate, Partner at Thelen Reid & Priest LLP, and Associate at Hogan & Hartson LLP and the Alliance of European Lawyers. Holman holds a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
