Rick Tazelaar

Rick Tazelaar serves as the Vice President of Strategy & Development at Clean Energy Credit Union since March 2018, focusing on the establishment and growth of a credit union dedicated to supporting a clean energy future. Tazelaar previously held the position of Development & Relationship Officer at the same organization. As an independent consultant from August 2013 to March 2019, Tazelaar specialized in financial feasibility analyses for utility-scale solar systems and model development for demand response strategies. From October 1996 to July 2013, Tazelaar worked as a Vice President at BMO Harris Bank, leading analytics teams in marketing strategy development and data management. Earlier roles include Director of Research & Analysis at The Services Group, Manager at Doan Laboratories, Product Manager at The Alcar Group, and District Sales Manager at Solarex Corporation. Tazelaar holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
