Clean Energy Enterprises welcomes new CFO Stephen Rusch
Renewable energy company Clean Energy Enterprises has named Stephen Rusch as its new Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Mr. Rusch will be responsible for all of the company’s financial activities, which includes a recent announcement that ECMB Capital Partners Inc. have been engaged to assist in raising additional capital. He will also provide financial oversight to subsidiary company Ways2H. "I am excited to join Ways2H and its mission to increase global renewable hydrogen supply, while addressing two major environmental issues facing our planet: climate change and the growing waste crisis," said Mr. Rusch. Mr. Rusch has more than 25 years of senior experience within the finance and investment banking industries. He was Founder and Partner at Costa Med Partners and The Magdalena Group, and has also held leadership roles with investment banking firms Canaccord Genuity and Piper Jaffray.
