Seth Mullendore is an experienced leader in clean energy and environmental engineering, currently serving as President and Executive Director of Clean Energy Group since November 2014. With a focus on advancing clean energy technologies for resilient power applications, Mullendore has led initiatives such as the Resilient Power Project, targeting support for low-income communities and the transition from peaker power plants to renewable sources. Previous roles include President and Founder of Mullendore Media, Inc., where an online marketing company for higher education was established, and a Sustainable Energy Fellow at the Union of Concerned Scientists, contributing to renewable energy policy analysis. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Geosciences from the University of Southern Maine.

Clean Energy Group (CEG) works at the forefront of clean energy innovation to enable a just energy transition to address the urgency of the climate crisis. We fill a critical resource gap by advancing new energy initiatives and serving as a trusted source of technical expertise and independent analysis in support of communities, nonprofit advocates, and government leaders working on the frontlines of climate change and the clean energy transition. We collaborate with partners across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors to accelerate the equitable deployment of clean energy technologies and the development of inclusive clean energy programs, policies, and finance tools. Founded in 1998, CEG has been a thought leader on effective climate and clean energy strategies for more than two decades. Clean Energy Group specializes in providing resources and assistance related to emerging technology trends and transformative policy, regulatory, and market approaches.
