Rebecca Hollis, MS, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rebecca began their career in 2006 at Honda R&D Americas, Inc., where they served as a Chassis Design Engineer I and II. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Graduate Research Associate at The Ohio State University, conducting research on fluid dynamics and heat transfer.

In 2009, Rebecca joined Clean Energy Systems, Inc., where they held several positions over the years. Rebecca started as a Project Engineer/Project Manager and later served as a Program Manager and Business Development Manager. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Director of Business Development before being promoted to Vice President of Business Development in August 2022.

In addition to their roles at Clean Energy Systems, Inc., Rebecca became the Managing Director of HEXCES in 2015, a division of Clean Energy Systems, Inc., focused on compact heat exchangers. In this role, they were responsible for leading all business activities related to sales, marketing, business development, and strategic relationships.

Rebecca's experience spans across various industries, including energy, aerospace, and industrial gas markets. Rebecca'sexpertise lies in business development, project management, research, and engineering.

Rebecca Hollis, MS, MBA has a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering with a field of study in MSAE from The Ohio State University. Rebecca also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a field of study in BSME from The University of Toledo. In addition, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management.
