Charles Moncla

For the past 45 years Charlie has been involved in the Oil & Gas industry both on and offshore. For the past 35 years he was directly involved in his own business which employed 935 wonderful employees in well servicing, drilling and marine inland barges. He has been active in community involvement with the U.S. Jaycees, and in the industry where he has served 8 years as a director of LIOGA, and a 5-yr term of the Executive Committee of the AESC with 1-yr as President. He is degreed in General Business with a minor in Economics and Math.
