Clean Fat is a Montreal-based food company bringing traditional grass-fed beef tallow back to the modern kitchen.

We produce premium cooking tallow sourced from 100% grass-fed cattle and distribute through an expanding network of independent grocers, specialty food retailers, and major grocery chains across Quebec.

Since launching our wholesale business, Clean Fat has grown to nearly 100 retail locations while remaining a family-owned, founder-led company focused on quality, education, and long-term relationships. Our approach combines old-world nutrition with modern branding, in-store education, and live tasting programs that help consumers rediscover one of the most traditional cooking fats in history.

As consumer interest in natural cooking fats continues to grow, Clean Fat is focused on becoming the leading beef tallow brand in Eastern Canada through strategic retail partnerships, experiential marketing, and category leadership.
