Bennett Boucher is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Development at Clean Footprint since May 2021, Bennett also holds an executive position at Clean Train LLC, a rail technology company focused on sustainable innovations. Since 2011, Bennett has been the Executive Director, CFO, and COO at Energy Florida, Inc. Earlier in the career, Bennett managed the City of Cape Canaveral as City Manager and Finance Director from September 1985 until January 2010. Bennett earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rollins College and an Associate of Science in Business Management from Eastern Florida State College.

Clean Footprint
Clean Footprint is a company designed to help bring about a clean energy economy through solar project origination and development activities. We operate in state markets throughout the country where the appeal for alternative energy sources is highest. There, we seek out areas close to distribution sub stations with unfulfilled capacity on their circuit, with an emphasis on serving and partnering with landowners in regions where jobs and development are most needed. Our focus is on mid-sized, community-based commercial projects – normally in the 25–75-acre range and down. These projects are designed to add resiliency to the local grid and discounted power for those in the surrounding towns and counties. In addition to these benefits, we always make sure to beautify our project sites, so that the character of the surrounding land is maintained. Once a site is agreed upon, we work closely with our financial and engineering partners to have the projects up and running as quickly and efficiently as the local utility and governmental authorities will allow.
