Elizabeth Wheeler

Elizabeth Wheeler is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory advocacy and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Counsel and Director of Regulatory Advocacy at Clean Grid Alliance since May 2024, Elizabeth previously held the position of Executive Assistant/Policy Advisor at the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. From October 2016 to February 2023, Elizabeth worked as a Legislative Attorney for the State of Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau and was a Senior Staff Attorney and RE-AMP Coordinator at Clean Wisconsin from June 2007 to October 2016. Elizabeth achieved a Juris Doctor degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Biology and Biology from Beloit College.
