Fred Schlecht

Fred Schlecht has a wealth of experience in human resources and leadership roles. From 2020 to present, they have served as the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Clean Harbors, overseeing talent sourcing, employee engagement, and succession planning. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2019, they held various positions at Dunkin' Brands, including Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Director of Human Resources, where they implemented performance management systems and organization structure changes. Fred also worked at May Department Stores from 1995 to 2006, holding the position of VP of Human Resources - Stores.

Fred Schlecht holds a BA in History from Boston University. In addition, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2005.
