Sabrina Granville

Sabrina Granville is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Wellforce. Sabrina has held this position since January 2018. Prior to that, they were the SVP of Human Resources at Circle Health / Lowell General Hospital from September 2013 to January 2018. There, they consolidated compensation structures, created pay philosophy, salary structure, and common review process including executive compensation. Sabrina also unified employee engagement measurement, common modules/questions, survey timeline and standard messaging across all entities.

Granville has been in the human resources field for over 20 years. Sabrina was the Vice President Human Resources at Elliot Hospital from May 2008 to September 2013 and at Caritas Christi Health Care from June 2002 to September 2013. At both hospitals, they were responsible for overseeing the human resources department and implementing policies and procedures.

Granville has a proven track record in consolidating and streamlining processes across multiple entities. Sabrina has successfully implemented benefits IT systems and migrated all entities to one benefit broker. Her work has resulted in reduced risk and savings for employees.

Sabrina Granville has a MBA in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelors in Business Administration and Management, General from Gordon College.

Sabrina Granville reports to Michael J. Dandorph, President & CEO. They work with Michael E. Tarnoff - President & CEO, Tufts Medical Center & Tufts Children's Hospital, Karen Gomes - Executive Vice President, and Susan Green - CFO.
