Heather Parker has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heather began their career at CleanOffice, Inc. in 2004 as a Business Account Manager and held the position until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Police Officer at George Mason University. Subsequently, Heather joined the Town of Herndon as a Police Officer from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they returned to CleanOffice, Inc. and progressed through various roles, including Operations Manager, Director of Operations & Client Services, and finally Vice President of Client Services. In 2019, they took up leadership positions at Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) as Vice President and later as President from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they have become involved in association work and served as a Community Outreach Committee Board Member at the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington, as well as the Education Committee Co-Chair at the ISSA Hygieia Network in 2022. Heather's career demonstrates their expertise in client services, operations management, and leadership roles within the cleaning services industry.

Heather Parker, RBSM, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from George Mason University, where they studied from 1998 to 2007. Additionally, they hold several certifications including being a Global Bio-Risk Advisory Council Trained Technician from ISSA - The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association, obtained in May 2020. Heather also holds a Registered Building Service Manager certification from the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), earned in 2019. Furthermore, Heather obtained the certification of being a Certified Instructor for CMI's Custodial Technician Training Program - Basic & Advanced Levels from the Cleaning Management Institute in November 2012.
