Luke Rayner

Luke Rayner is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Director of Finance and Controller at Clean Power Research since August 2021, Luke has previously held key leadership roles at Infratec, DATATEC FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED, and Buzzacott. At Infratec, Luke was a member of the Executive Management team, overseeing financial operations, negotiating contracts, and leading the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning system. Earlier career highlights include establishing a finance department for a start-up and managing statutory audits as a Supervisor at Buzzacott. Luke possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The University of Nottingham and is a qualified ACA from ICAEW. Additionally, Luke has unique experience as a musician and co-manager of a band, contributing to business modeling and income generation strategies.
