Adam Sweet

Vice President, Western Canada at Clean Prosperity

Adam Sweet currently serves as Vice President for Western Canada at Clean Prosperity, a position held since December 2024, following a role as Director for Western Canada from December 2022 to December 2024. Prior to this, Adam served as an Army Officer (Reservist) with the South Alberta Light Horse in the Canadian Armed Forces from March 2023 to May 2024. Adam's previous experience includes serving as Executive Director of ESG Coordination and Integration for the Government of Alberta from August 2021 to November 2022 on secondment from the University of Alberta, where Adam was also the Executive Director of Government Relations from January 2020 to November 2022. Earlier roles include Manager at KPMG Canada from August 2018 to April 2019, Chief of Staff at Edmonton Economic Development Corporation from March 2013 to March 2018, and various positions with the Government of Canada across Ottawa, Kabul, Kandahar, and Washington, DC from April 2006 to March 2013. Adam holds a Management Essentials Program certificate and degrees in Globalization and Governance Studies and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Alberta.
