Brad Rumbaugh

Brad Rumbaugh has extensive experience in water operations and management, currently serving as an Operations Analyst at Clean Water Services since August 1988. In this role, Rumbaugh manages the electronic Operations Manual and actively contributes to various teams, including the Process and Innovation Teams. Responsibilities include authoring Spill Prevention Compliance and Countermeasure Plans, contributing to the Stormwater Prevention and Compliance Plan, and serving as a member and recorder for the WW Department Local Safety Committee. Rumbaugh is also a SharePoint Power User and Oracle Learning Management training recorder for the WWTD. Previously, Rumbaugh worked as a Source Control Investigator and Senior Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator at Pima County Wastewater Management from July 1986 to July 1988. Educational credentials include an Associate of Applied Science in Environmental Technology from Arizona State Environmental Technology Center and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Kansas State University.
