Brian Cook is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance and project management. Currently serving as the Permitting Program Manager at Clean Water Services since December 2015, Brian is responsible for the design and development of resources and processes to ensure compliance for capital infrastructure projects, as well as leading multi-departmental coordination. Prior to this role, Brian provided environmental regulatory compliance support as a Water Resource Project Manager at Clean Water Services and worked as the Principal Ecologist/Owner at NW Eco-Logical Solutions LLC. Brian's experience also includes a position as an Ecologist and Project Manager at Mason, Bruce & Girard, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed project management and wetland delineations. Brian began the career with an internship at Wetland Resources. Educational qualifications include a degree in Environmental Science and Resource Management from the University of Washington and a degree in Environmental Conservation from Skagit Valley College.
