Diane Taniguchi-Dennis

CEO at Clean Water Services, Inc.

Diane was appointed by the Board of Directors in 2018 as the fifth leader in Clean Water Services' 50-plus-year history. She is a nationally recognized water leader serving on the boards of the National Association of Clean Water Agencies and Willamette Partnership. She is part of the Research Advisory Council for the Water Research Foundation and the Advisory Board of World Water Tech North America.

Diane is Clean Water Services' first Chief Executive Officer. The title recognizes the diverse range of activities and interests CWS engages in as a leader in watershed management, a Utility of the Future and a Leading Utility of the World.

Winner of the 2019 Water Finance & Management Award, Diane is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Oregon and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and a Master's of Business Administration from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University. Prior to joining Clean Water Services in 2011, Taniguchi-Dennis served as the City of Albany Public Works Director.
