Arvind Natarajan

Arvind Natarajan is a Fixed Assets Reliability Engineer- Mechanical at Cleanaway Waste Management since February 2024. Prior to this role, Natarajan worked as a Reliability Engineer at COSOL Global from July 2023 to February 2024 and served as a Maintenance Strategy Development Specialist at BHP between February 2022 and July 2023. Natarajan began a progressive career as a Graduate Engineer focused on Continuous Improvement and as an Engineering Intern at Bickford's Australia from August 2020 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes a position as a Business Consultant with FaceCruit and an Executive Trainee role at Endurance Technologies Ltd., where exposure was gained across various departments. Natarajan holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College.
