Jaydip Makwana has a diverse work experience in the field of payroll services. Jaydip started their career as a Credit Analyst at American Express in 2008. Jaydip then worked as a Payroll Officer at Hudson Global Resources from 2008 to 2010. After that, they joined Deutsche Bank as a Payroll Specialist from 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and leave reconciliation.
From 2012 to 2017, Jaydip worked at Downer, where they held the roles of Payroll Manager and Project Manager, leading teams and managing the payroll operations for thousands of employees.
In 2018, they joined Woolworths Group as a Service Delivery Lead, where they managed the delivery of payroll operations for a large number of employees across Australia.
In 2021, Jaydip transitioned to The University of Queensland, where they served as a Senior Manager of Payroll Services until 2022.
Currently, Jaydip is the Head of Payroll at Cleanaway Waste Management, where they oversee the payroll operations.
Jaydip Makwana obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Charles Sturt University in 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting at Curtin University from 2006 to 2008. In 2016, they completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Technology Sydney. In 2017, they received an AGILE PM Practitioner certification from APMG International.
