Jemma Peiper

Jemma Peiper has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jemma is currently working at Cleanaway Waste Management as the Head of Culture and Employee Experience, a role they started in December 2023. Prior to this, they were the Culture & Engagement Lead at the same company from January to December 2023.

Before joining Cleanaway, Jemma worked as the Organisational Culture Lead at Latitude Financial Services from September 2022 to February 2023. Jemma also held the position of Organisational Design Lead at AusNet Services from August 2021 to September 2022. During their time at AusNet, they also served as the Senior Strategic HR and Change Business Partner from November 2018 to October 2021.

Earlier in their career, Jemma worked as a Senior Consultant at M&P Partners, a Strategic HR & Communication Agency, from March 2016 to November 2018. Jemma also worked as an HR Delivery Partner at Jacobs from June 2011 to March 2016. Prior to that, they served as an HR Relationship Manager at PwC from November 2009 to June 2011.

Jemma's experience in the HR field also includes roles such as HR Business Specialist at AXA Investment Managers from April 2008 to October 2009, and HR Officer at Ernst & Young from 2006-2008. Jemma began their career at The Pegasus Group, where they held the position of Member Services & HR from March 2002 to May 2006.

Jemma Peiper earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Marketing/Management from Monash University.
