Jon Powers

Jon Powers is the Co-Founder and President of CleanCapital. Jon also served on the Board of Directors for GRID Alternatives Mid-Atlantic from June 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director, Public Sector Business Development for Bloom Energy from March 2014 to December 2016. Jon also served as the Federal Chief Sustainability Officer for the White House Council on Environmental Quality from April 2012 to March 2014.

Jon Powers attended Clarence High School before studying Education and Jon'story at John Carroll University. Jon then went on to earn their Master's degree in Global Security Studies - Energy Security from The Johns Hopkins University.

They are on a team with Jillian Majka - Head of HR, Melinda Baglio - General Counsel & Chief Investment Officer, and Zoe Berkery - COO. Jon Powers reports to Thomas Byrne, Co-Founder & CEO.
