Jennifer Spinosi

Jennifer Spinosi is the currentGeneral Counsel & Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs at CleanChoice Energy. Jennifer began their career as a Law Clerk with Integrys Energy Services where they monitored and reported regulatory developments in retail gas and electric markets in Ohio and Pennsylvania. From there, they became an Account Executive with The Simmonds Group MRI where they developed ongoing partnerships with managers who had an urgent and critical need to hire qualified and interested candidates. Jennifer also facilitated salary negotiations up to 20% higher than previous role. In 2005, they became an Educational Leadership Consultant with Alpha Xi Delta where they functioned as a liaison between Fraternity Headquarters, National Council, and collegiate chapters. Jennifer also served as the primary representative of the Fraternity in establishing a colony at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ. In 2012, they became the Manager, Government and Regulatory Affairs with Direct Energy. Jennifer is currently the General Counsel & SVP, Regulatory & Compliance at CleanChoice Energy.

Jennifer Spinosi has a J.D. from Capital University Law School with a concentration in environmental law. Jennifer also has a BA from The Ohio State University in psychology, philosophy, and women's studies.
