Keith Hug

Keith Hug is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience leading human resources initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the SVP of Human Resources and Head of People at CleanChoice Energy, Keith focuses on fostering a remote-first workforce and strengthening company culture to support clean energy goals. Previously, Keith owned and managed Blingle of Twin Cities North, and held key HR leadership roles at Renovation Brands, CliqStudios, AMETEK, Deluxe Corporation, and Medtronic. Keith is recognized for expertise in HR strategy, organizational performance, and customer experience, with a strong educational background in Human Resources and Sociology from Loyola University Chicago and Northern Michigan University.
