Sam Gibbons-Smith is an accomplished Talent Team Lead at CleanCo Queensland, where responsibilities include delivering a strategic approach to talent acquisition and fostering strong relationships within the recruitment process. Previous roles feature leadership positions in recruitment at RSL Queensland and UniLodge Australia, coupled with experiences in human resources at Ingenia Communities Group and Sedgman Limited. Sam holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Southbank Institute of TAFE, and recently pursued further education at the Australian Institute of Management. Additional qualifications include Mental Health First Aid certification.
