David Enholm - CPA

David Enholm is a CPA with extensive experience in financial leadership roles. David currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at CleanCore Solutions, Inc., a company focused on providing green aqueous ozone solutions. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing financials, risk management, inventory oversight, HR, IT, and investor relations.

Prior to their current position, Enholm worked as an Interim CFO at Sanitary Solutions, where they helped transition the company from a family-owned business to a portfolio company owned by a private equity (PE) firm. Their responsibilities included establishing month-end closing procedures, outsourcing transactional accounting to an efficient overseas accounting group, and assisting in the hiring and training of a permanent CFO.

Enholm also held the position of CFO at Nelbud Services Group, Inc., where they initially served as the Interim CFO while maintaining their duties at Complete Nutrition, another company with common ownership. In 2021, they transitioned to the full-time CFO role at Nelbud. David played a key role in the sale of Nelbud by PE owners to a new strategic buyer, which resulted in their departure from Complete Nutrition.

Before their tenure at Nelbud, Enholm served as the CFO of Complete Nutrition, a multi-state franchiser owned by a PE group. During their time there, they successfully led the transition of a struggling brick-and-mortar retailer to a thriving online retail operation.

Enholm's previous experiences include serving as the CFO at Restaurant Franchise Concepts Group LLC, the Corporate Controller at Cosentry, and holding executive-level positions in finance and treasury at Pamida and Pamida Stores Operating Co., LLC. David also served as the Vice President/Chief Operations Officer/Corporate Controller at Bag 'N Save, a grocery chain, and as the CFO/Controller at Omaha Fixture, International.

Throughout their career, Enholm has demonstrated expertise in financial management, treasury operations, accounting, risk management, and strategic planning. Their leadership and experience have been instrumental in driving growth and success in the companies they have worked for.
