Julian Kelly has a diverse work experience in the cleaning and facilities services industry. Julian has held various roles such as Director of Business Development at CleanEvent Services Limited, Business Development Manager at Axis Cleaning & Support Services and Momentum Support Ltd, and Business Development Manager at LPM Cleaning / Axis Cleaning and Support Services. Julian has also served as Operations Manager / Sales Manager at ISS Facility Services UK and Aviation Services Manager (Airside) at OCS Group. Throughout their career, Julian has demonstrated expertise in developing new business, managing operations, and enhancing customer experiences.

Julian Kelly attended Saint Malachy's College in Belfast from 1980 to 1988. Julian later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Urban Geography, Sociology, and Psychology from St Mary's University, Twickenham, obtaining their BScHons from 1988 to 1991.
