Dirk De Croock

Dirk was one of the founders of Cleaning Masters and is today the employee with the most years of service. “I had been working for a cleaning company with Paul de Schutter for several years. One day, it must have been sometime in 1988, he told me he wanted to start his own company. He added that he was counting on me to make the switch. When you get so much confidence, then, of course, you don't say no."

A lot has changed in those thirty years. “We started as a small, family cleaning company in Antwerp, and look where we are now.” Despite the many changes, the basics have remained the same. “Just as I gained the confidence of Paul de Schutter at the time, I now try to give confidence to the employees. And that works.”
