Philip Paelinck

After having worked in the automotive sector for over 18 years, Philip was recruited in 2005 to further develop the industrial cleaning department. “The main reason for taking up the offer was to return from a multinational to a family business. I felt at home here from day one.”

Philip has had a clear mission in mind from the start: to expand the company across the board by offering multiple activities. He guided Cleaning Masters step by step in its growth into the multidisciplinary player that Multi Masters Group is today.

The strength of the group today is due to the continuous focus on quality. “We have put a lot of effort into training and coaching our employees. We have made them 'masters', true masters of their craft who are proud of what they do. This approach is greatly appreciated by our customers.”
