James Kondrat

James Kondrat is a Project Developer working out of Borrego’s Latham, NY office. Using an interdisciplinary approach, James works in coordination with landowners, utilities, as well as local municipalities and jurisdictions to develop commercial scale solar projects that allow all stakeholders to recognize value. Prior to joining the Project Development team, James was a member of the Project Finance team assisting in the valuation and sale of investments that Borrego developed. James graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BS in Environmental Economics and Policy with a Minor in Public Policy.
