Matt Smolarek

Matt Smolarek has a comprehensive work experience in various financial leadership roles. Matt is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at CleanSlate Centers since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Administrative Officer at Pivotal Healthcare Partners from June 2021 to August 2023. Matt also co-founded Divergent Dental Management, LLC and served as the Chief Financial Officer from August 2019 to June 2021.

Before venturing into the dental industry, Matt worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Eye Health America from February 2018 to August 2019. Matt was responsible for enhancing clinical care and maintaining positive relationships between stakeholders. Their previous role as the Chief Financial Officer at Southern Dental Alliance from March 2015 to February 2018 allowed him to support the growth and success of dental practices in Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Matt's career began in 1992 as an Accountant at Mt. Clemens General Hospital. Matt later progressed to become the Senior Vice President of Finance at Cambridge Integrated Services Group, Inc. from March 1994 to June 2008. Subsequently, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Universal SmartComp from June 2008 to August 2012, where they oversaw a national physical medicine clinical network. Matt then held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Priority Care Solutions, Inc. from 2012 to 2013, offering ancillary services to the Workers' Compensation sector.

Matt Smolarek received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Accounting from Walsh College in 1991.
