CleanSpace is a two-sided marketplace solving a two-sided problem.

City dwellers — tourists, residents, old, young, parents with kids, anyone out for a pint — all eventually run into the same moment: they need a restroom. The usual options are slim: try to talk a private venue into letting you use theirs, or take your chances with a (usually grim) public one.

The F&B industry, meanwhile, runs on chronically thin margins — typically 3–5% worldwide. In Hong Kong specifically, 2,034 restaurants closed in the year to April 2025 against 1,779 openings — the first annual contraction in seven years.

CleanSpace solves both sides. We give users access to vetted F&B venues for a small fee — typically priced below the venue's cheapest menu item, around HK$25-30 (US$3–4). Users wander the city with peace of mind. Partner venues bolster their bottom line with an additional revenue stream and essentially no additional overhead.

This is CleanSpace. Launching soon in Hong Kong.
