CIR has fully commoditized energy project Development-as-a-Service (DaaS), including systems engineering and Construction-as-a-Service (CaaS). We support developers, builders, land-owners and financers through any portion of project execution, including turnkey delivery of built assets. We provide total transparency to, and derisk, development and engineering costs in a process without change orders. We do this in a 24-hour work cycle that provides deliverables in one third the time.

We complete unique tasks to advance projects at any stage, of any size - from high-volume residential engineering and permitting to national commercial portfolios to mega-scale single-site projects, our team advances them around the clock.

First founded in 2012, CIR was originally established to develop, finance, own and operate its own solar projects, including for Fortune 100 corporate clients. The core team has completed over $1 billion of energy projects, and comes from what was previously ranked the largest solar IPP in the world with 52 GW operating and contracted.
