The Operations and Strategy team at Cleantech Open is responsible for developing and executing the overarching business strategy to enhance the accelerator program's efficiency and effectiveness. The team manages the day-to-day operations, oversees the implementation of strategic initiatives, and ensures alignment with the company's mission to support and grow cleantech startups. They coordinate cross-functional activities, optimize resource allocation, and drive programmatic success for initiatives like the I6 Green Challenge Program.
