Montserrat Corominas Flores

Montserrat Corominas Flores is the Founder and CEO of Intergroup Partners AG, a boutique specializing in technology-focused M&A services, family office, and board advisory. With extensive experience in corporate development, private markets, and investor relations, Montserrat has continuously provided strategic guidance to companies, owners, and investors since 2010. In addition to leadership at Intergroup Partners, Montserrat serves on the investment committee for BioMed Angels Club, invests in Cleanwatts and AssetPass, and is a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows. Previous roles include guest lecturer positions at leading institutions such as ETH Zürich and the University of St. Gallen, as well as contributions to the New Mobility World platform. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science from the University of Portsmouth, a Bachelor's in Business Economics from Universitat de Barcelona, and certification as an Executive Board Member from ZfU Center for Enterprise Management AG.
