Kyle Rulli

Kyle Rulli is a professional with extensive experience in election logistics and technology. Currently serving as the Customer Relations Manager at Clear Ballot Group since January 2023, Kyle assists customers with the ClearVote suite of products for vote-by-mail and precinct voting. In a long-standing role with Douglas County, beginning in August 2015, Kyle has held positions including Elections Logistics and Technology Coordinator, overseeing mail ballot processing and election logistics, and Elections Technology Coordinator, acting as a liaison between vendors and stakeholders. Previous experience includes working as a Biological Science Technician at the Bureau of Reclamation, managing laboratory operations and a comprehensive data management system, and serving as an IT/Billing Assistant at Accelerated Home Healthcare, Inc. Kyle holds a BA in History and Political Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an AA in Arts from Red Rocks Community College.
