Clotilde Bouchet

Clotilde Bouchet is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in audit, risk management, and financial oversight. Currently serving as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committees at ClearBank and Chair of Cboe Clear Europe's Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee, Clotilde also leads the Sustainability and Regulation Community at Qorus, focused on sharing best practices among executives. As Chair and Vice Chair of the Cercle de la Régulation et de la Supervision Financière (CRSF), Clotilde contributes to the think tank for heads of prudential affairs in the financial sector. Previously, Clotilde held significant roles, including Independent Non-Executive Director at Crédit Agricole CIB and Deputy CEO at Crédit Immobilier de France.
