Carinna McMillan possesses extensive experience in customer experience management and operations within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Head of Outsourced Partnerships and Head of Customer Care Utilities and Telecoms at Clear Business since February 2020, Carinna previously held significant roles at Capita Customer Management from January 2014 to November 2019, where leadership focused on delivering world-class customer experience in partnership with O2. Carinna's earlier career includes positions at Telefónica UK from October 2005 to January 2014, culminating as Senior Operations Manager overseeing a team of 400, and as Customer Services Manager, the first external hire at a new O2 site. Previous experience includes a Customer Service Operations Manager role at T-Mobile from 2000 to 2005. Education was completed at Kings Park Secondary in Glasgow.
