Daniel Hardy

Daniel Hardy is the Founding Partner of Clear Capital, LLC, a commercial real estate investment company specializing in Multifamily apartment communities in the Sunbelt. Prior to that, Daniel worked as a Regional Property Manager at AIMCO from 1999 to 2005, overseeing a portfolio of large Multi-Family communities. Before that, Daniel held the position of Regional Property Manager at Charles Dunn Company from 1993 to 1999, managing a diverse portfolio of Commercial Real Estate assets. Daniel graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Business Administration after completing College Prep at South Gate High School.
