Eric Sussman

Eric Sussman is currently the Managing Partner at Clear Capital, LLC, a real estate investment firm with a 20+ year track record. In addition to their role at Clear Capital, LLC, Eric also serves as the President at Amber Capital. With a background in finance and real estate, Eric brings a wealth of experience to their role as an Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles, where Eric instructs MBA-level courses. Prior to their current positions, Eric worked at Price Waterhouse as an Audit Manager. Eric holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
