Daisy Zhang

Daisy Zhang is a Program Manager for Learning & Development at Clear Channel Outdoor since June 2020, specializing in knowledge management and learning operations. Daisy has implemented knowledge-centered service systems to enhance support processes and user self-service, oversees the design and development of training programs, and collaborates with executive leaders to address learning needs aligned with business objectives. Prior experience includes serving as a Learning and Development Specialist, where interactive e-learning content was developed, and as an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist at NYU Langone Medical Center, where training programs and reports were created to enhance safety training initiatives. Daisy holds a Master's of Public Health in Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences from Hunter College and a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from the University at Buffalo.
