Matthew Weiland

Matthew Weiland is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in project management and urban planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at Clear Channel Outdoor since December 2011, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Real Estate Representative. Prior to this, Matthew was the Sr Project Manager/Vice President at Tollefson Development, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing residential and commercial projects from feasibility analysis to construction and budgeting. Matthew's career began at the City of Hastings, MN, where involvement as City Planning Director included managing planning department operations during significant housing and commercial expansion. Additionally, Matthew served as Zoning Administrator, overseeing city zoning activities and enforcement. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
