Seth Cohen

Seth Cohen is currently the Senior Director of Regional Finance for the Northeast at Clear Channel Outdoor, a position held since October 2017. Prior to this role, Seth served in various capacities at United Rentals/NES Rentals for nearly 17 years, including Director of Strategic Fleet & Price Optimization, where significant contributions included developing an Equipment Allocation Model for a $1 billion rental fleet and implementing a proprietary pricing program. Additionally, Seth held operational leadership roles such as Regional Operations Manager and Asset Manager, focusing on compliance, safety, and asset management. Earlier experience includes working as a Rental Coordinator at Hertz Equipment Rental. Seth Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University.
