Philippe de L'Arbre

Philippe de L'Arbre currently serves as the Director of Administration and Human Resources Manager at Clear Construction since March 2023. Prior to this role, Philippe worked as Operations Director at Heritage House from January 2017 to March 2023, overseeing a 68-bed retirement care facility with responsibilities including financial audits, employee onboarding, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Philippe also held positions as an Emergency Medical Technician with American Medical Response from February 2012 to August 2017, where responsibilities included emergency medical response and employee training, and as Operations Manager at Oak Cottage Santa Barbara from February 2015 to April 2017, playing a key role in establishing a new memory care facility. Philippe earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego between 2008 and 2010 and holds a high school diploma from Dunn School, obtained in 2002.
