Thomas Sotsuda - Lion

Thomas Sotsuda-LION has a diverse background in military operations and recruitment. Thomas has experience in developing recruitment processes, selecting recruitment channels, and implementing best practices. Thomas has also provided job placement assistance to National Guardsmen, veterans, and their spouses, as well as developed strong partnerships within the community. Additionally, Thomas has managed recruiting and retention efforts in the Texas Army National Guard, increasing production and providing guidance to struggling performers.
