Alicia Needham is an experienced educator with a career spanning nearly two decades, currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at Clear Creek School District since October 2016 and as a Third Grade Teacher at Cherry Creek School District since July 2014. Alicia has actively collaborated in professional learning communities to enhance student learning and instructional practices, contributed to the inaugural year of a new elementary school, and piloted the Bridges Math Program. Prior to these roles, Alicia taught second graders at Antelope Trails Elementary, focusing on child-centered planning and data-driven initiatives, and received the Great West Great Teachers Grant Project. Earlier experiences include teaching first and second grades in Dysart Unified School District and School District 27J, promoting literacy among educators, and holding a customer service account management position at Sara Lee Foods. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northern Kentucky University.
